Al Corniche Club launches its first web-based Employee Satisfaction Survey

January 28, 2007 To constantly measure employee satisfaction, Al Corniche Club commissioned Khayal Consultants to manage its staff feedback survey. This survey is designed to have three waves during the year to gauge employee satisfaction and determine areas for improvement.

While the first wave of this online survey is underway, club management will be able to quickly obtain results and institute changes to raise morale. The survey frequency helps them periodically assess satisfaction to ensure it stays at healthy levels. The survey provides a candid look at how employees feel about their work environment, their jobs, training and support, the level of communication along with other areas.

The survey was launched leveraging Khayal’s latest surveys platform. This solution allows us to monitor survey submissions in real-time, gauge user participation, and send automated reminders. The survey is a powerful tool that helps management tackle any deficiencies related to work before they affect employee performance.
