Both in-depth qualitative research, to learn underlying feelings and attitudes, as well as larger sample quantitative surveys, to estimate market share, satisfaction, and likelihoods, are offered.
In order to obtain feedback on the Hayat brand and its reputation with clients, a series of in-depth interviews were held with key executives whom dealt with the company. The interviews covered the strengths and weaknesses of the company, its service offering, and specific feedback on the brand and logo. A summary report highlighted areas the company should continue investing in and areas to improve upon.
