Corniche Club sought the help of Khayal to measure its customers’ perception of its service. As a result, we designed an online survey that was sent out to all its clients and feedback was quick and efficient. This virtual platform enables the Club to repeatedly measure client satisfaction and immediately address any shortcomings.
