Our focus group sessions use professional moderators who probe for information and sessions are recorded. This customer insight is then used to build action plans for improvement.
Burgan Bank, in an effort to obtain customer insight on the products and services they offer, commissioned six focus groups from us on lottery accounts. The groups where held in a hotel, had a professional moderator with a banking background, and where digitally recorded so that the client had copies of the session. Furthermore, detailed transcripts of each session were given to the client in addition to a summary report with recommendations.
