Burgan Bank understands the need to differentiate itself by giving great customer care. To this end, it commissioned us to help evaluate the current service quality standards in order to introduce changes to improve them. The assessment entailed mystery shopping their branches, reviewing their existing procedures, getting staff feedback on problem areas and recommendations. As a result of the intensive analysis, a series of recommendations were presented using some tools that Khayal has developed over the years to help benchmark standards and track performance.
