A runner must eat healthy, practice daily, wear appropriate shoes, and aim for different milestones before competing in the race. New Mowasat Hospital understands the need to differentiate itself by giving great patient care. To this end, it commissioned us to help evaluate the current service quality standards in order to introduce changes to improve them. The assessment entailed reviewing their patient visit database, reviewing their existing procedures, getting staff feedback on problem areas and recommendations. As a result of the intensive analysis, a series of recommendations were presented using some tools that Khayal has developed over the years to help benchmark standards and track performance. This included some training on the basics of service quality standards.
