A runner must eat healthy, practice daily, wear appropriate shoes, and aim for different milestones before competing in the race. Khayal Consultants used a questionnaire of fifty bank related statements to rate how well Commercial Bank provides value to its clients. The survey asked about clients’ expectations from a bank and how CBK uses its resources to meet them. A list of its strongest and weakest areas was made to draw up action plans and recommendations.
